Paul Bohr's Credentials

Trainer Credentials
Hello! My name is Paul Bohr and I wanted to give you a brief background of my training experience and education:

I have also worked and trained with some of the leading pioneers of the industry, such as: Arthur Jones (Inventor of Nautilus fitness equipment); Tim Michaels (Mr. Orlando and Owner of Body Balancing Health Studio); Wilbur Ross (1992 Olympic track coach); Randy Smythe (NFL Speed Advisor w/ Chicago Bears); Loren Seagraves (Former LSU Head Track Coach and CPO of Velocity Sports Performance LLC); Dr. EJ “Doc” Kreis (UCLA Head Strength Coach); Josh Everett (UC-Riverside Head Strength Coach and nationally ranked Olympic Lifter) Douglas Fairbanks (Head Strength Coach College of Charleston). I have also been hired to train numerous professional athletes from such teams as the Miami Dolphins and Orlando Magic. I have consulted and designed training periodization tables for NCAA Division I athletic programs.

Speed Development
No matter what your sport, speed is the key! Learn how to maximize your speed, for your specific sport! Improve your sprinting speed, lateral speed, closing speed, and jumping ability. Learn how to maximize your performance through technique analysis, plyometric training, Strength Shoe training, over-speed training, resistance sprints, and more. I also can located speed training equipment (i.e. parachutes, over speed cords & harness, sleds, plyo-balls, etc.) for people interested in purchasing speed equipment.

Strength and Conditioning
Whether you are looking to improve muscular endurance, hypertrophy or peak strength levels, I can develop and personally train you for whatever you are trying to achieve. I have helped professional football players, basketball players, and Iron-Man tri-athletes learn ways to improve their strength and conditioning for performance and rehabilitative purposes. I have designed fitness programs for professional actors and models for cosmetic purposes.

Nutrition
A car cannot run properly without good quality fuel. The same goes for your body. Learn to properly coordinate your meals with your training and/or sport. Proper nutrition is essential for maximum performance and fitness levels. Learn which foods work best for you and your life-style, and how to properly time meals for maximum performance at the most important time.
